Abstract: it is shocking that the researches have found that bacteria live on the tiny particles of the permanent magnets. They form into a group and can swallow and absorb the electrons. In recent years, this kind of bacteria has become a hot topic. Scientists have found that some bacteria form the deep sea and rivers can get electrons from the tiny metallic particles, through providing the electrons, iron particles become strong source for the effective power. Other kind of bacteria gets electrons through putting extra electrons to the metallic particles.
Nowadays, James Byrne and his colleagues from Tubingen university of Germany find that normal minerals ---tiny magnetite crystals can take the role of both the receiver and the provider of the electrons so as to work as batteries. He grow the bacillus sp. and the pseudomonas sp. bacteria on the permanent magnets and he finds that the bacillus sp is able to give the electrons to the crystals and the pseudomonas sp. Bacteria can get electrons from the crystals.
