I am looking for a reliable partner who can produce blocks of neodymium magnet specifically sized. They will be parts of a new product under development.
Material: N35 (or less powerful) neodymium magnet, Size: block shape with “V” hole of *mm diameter (* mm in the upper part), Coating: black epoxy (preferably).
The magnets are supposed to work outside under different weather conditions. In any case they must be anti-rust.
If our partnership will take off, we will need thousand of pieces of these magnets in the future.

Requirements to the Countersunk Hole:
The head-screw I need to fit in the countersunk hole has a 90° angle and it doesn’t have to arise from the magnet.
I don't need the 'vertical wall' of 1 mm in the countersunk, just the 'V' hole.
I don't even need the screws. I got them already.
Is that possible for you? How much they will cost?
In case is possible to have some samples, about 10pcs?
