Manufacturing Neodymium Magnets as per Drawing

Looking for Permanent Magnet with Strength Weaker by 25% than N40 Magnet: 
I hope all is well. We are having some issues with the magnet strength being too strong. The last order we purchased used a N40 neodymium material. Are you able to suggest a grade to reduce the strength by ~25%? Also is there anyway to reduce the strength of an existing magnet?

I have consulted our engineers and they inform that N35 is the existing lowest grade.
But its strength is only 13-15% weaker than N40, which should be based on actual test.
And we now do not have effective way to reduce the strength of an existing magnet.
If you want weaker strength, our engineer suggests you to choose a lower grade or reduce the size of the magnets.

How to use HT201 Digital Tesla Gauss Meter ?
1. Put battery to case which in the back of the instrument
2. Inset the Hall probe into the socket on the panel according to the arrow marked the sensor
3. Press the key of the power on the panel and the digital display screen should display
4. Select a suitable measurement range
Press the key of switchover again and again. The measurement range would be transformed within 0-200 mT or 0-2000 mT.
5. Select DC/AC mode
Press the key of DC/AC switchover again and again, the DC/AC mode would be selected.
6. Select display unit
Press the key of conversion, the display unit would be transformed from mT to Gs.
7. Reset zero
Keep the sensor far away from magnetic field as the state of holding. If the display screen should not show “000”, you must press the key to adjust it to zero.
Note: After change over the measurement range of transform the AC/DC mode, you all need to reset zero.
8. Measurement of Peak-value holding
Press the key to change over normal measurement or peak-value holding.
9. Loosen the cap of the Hall probe. Place the effective position of Hall probe to touch on the surface of the resting material tightly (DC magnetic field) or at zone of measured magnetic field. The screen will show the value of the magnetic file.
10. Reset Peak-value holding
When kept the Peak-value holding, but need to measure new peak value and the forecast value will be lower forecast. Thus you could press the Reset button to make it showing new peak value.
11. If finished measurement, the cap should screwed up. It may be better remove the battery from the cast to prolong its time of use.
12. The Hall probe can be replaceable. The difference from original probe to others is 2%.

Would your company be able to make a spherical N52 Neodymium Magnet that is enclosed in a cover like I show in the images? The cover would have to be molded from Delrin or Nylon.

Just disregard the angle at the side. The angle below is 90 degrees. Just make a hole at the center which flared at the top portion to hide the head of the screw. That is the side angle is all about. It's just a drawing of the hole.

Countersunk Hole: 
Yes, we know the angle is 90 degree and you need the hole at the top.
But our question is irrelevant of the angle. We need to know the axial length of the arc magnets, so please advise the size with question mark.
