As we all know, there is a magnetic circuit in the speaker. And it is consist of concentrating flux plate, magnetic conductor named T yoke and permanent magnets. There are always three kinds of magnets used in the speaker. The most common is the ferrite ring magnets . The magnetic permeability can up to thousand, and the resistivity is 1011times compared with metal, so it is suit for electromagnetic devices of high frequency. The second kind is neodymium magnet which the magnetism is 7 times to ferrite magnet. But it is not stable and easy to demagnetizing. The third kind is strontium. The efficiency of it is high while the size of it is too large, so it only suit for high-pitched speaker.

The concentrating flux plate and T yoke work together to form a steady magnetic gap, which the permanent magnet  produce a static magnetic field with certain magnetic destiny. What’s more, the concentrating flux plate and t yoke will provide a magnetic circuit for the magnetic field.

T Yoke is also referred to as electric iron, which is made of pure iron. Being an important component of sound equipment, the main function of T Yoke is to conduct magnetism when electric power is turned on. But there is no residual magnetism in T yoke. Magnetic field disappears when electric power is off, and the magnetism in T yoke also disappears. Therefore, the iron purity of T yoke directly affects the function and certain important parameters of nonlinear distortion of sound equipment.

T yoke is the base and one of the most important parts of speaker. The quality of speaker depends on the quality of T yoke in it. Carbon content and plasticity are the two key factors that affect the quality of T yoke. Higher carbon content renders poor tone quality.

 

Application of T yoke:
T yoke is mainly applied in sound equipment including home audio loudspeaker, Neodymium Sub-Woofer, Car loudspeaker, Siren alarm, Horn Speaker, Tweeter and so on.

Package method
T yokes are conventionally packed in PVC bags, and put into cardboard carton. Since the transportation mode of T yoke is usually sea shipment, wooden pallet with waterproof plastic film will be built before shipment.
