Besides, there are two details with the magnetization orientation of the magnets from our technician team.
The first one is regarding the magnetic poles distribution and the two ears and the second the regarding the magnetism distribution.

The given magnetization direction is okay for our customer.
There is no specific pole requirement. And you can decide which the best option for concentration of magnetism is.
But magnet must meets our requirement to generate output voltage *, * tolerance for Turbo Generator application.
And it would be better to take up complete shaft molding assembly in your scope: nylon and steel parts.

Our technician team has confirmed that the nylon and steel parts are all producible here.
But the problem is both the nylon and steel parts require new molds.
And making new mold will require more than a month with expensive molding fees.
So we suggest that you use your current mold for now.

1, Is there any other alternative, economical and speedy is possible instead of nylon?
2. During this mold process is there any chance to lost magnetic properties or strength?

1. Sorry we are not as professional as you in mechanical design. We are not able to offer advice on alternative material of Nylon.
2. Your second question is the most important point.
Our technician team emphasize that the magnet will lose magnetic strength when the end user mold it with nylon part.
One solution to this is that the end user builds a special magnetization wire tool to magnetize the magnet again.
If he does not have the magnetization wire tool, it will be more economical to let us produce and mold the nylon parts.
Because you already paid one magnetization wire tool fee, all we have to do is modify the tool a bit.

But magnetizing process requires very sophisticated techniques, or the tool would be useless to you.
Please confirm with the end user if he has any experience magnetizing alnico magnets and if he is able to modify the tool.
