Would your company be able to make a spherical N52 Neodymium Magnet that is enclosed in a cover like I show in the images? The cover would have to be molded from Delrin or Nylon.

I will need the ball magnet completely enclosed in the cover, which is two parts as I designed it, but as long as the dimension are correct, then you can make the ball magnet and cover as one complete molded part with the ball magnet enclosed within the Delrin or nylon cover.

Could you make the molded encasement out of LCP 6130 Liquid Crystal Polymer?

Our engineers reply that they have never produced encasement with LCP 6130 liquid crystal polymer.
They are not sure if they can succeed in manufacturing with this material.
In addition, we have made the mold of nylon cover, which can not be used to produce LCP encasement.
Different materials should use different molds.
