Manufacturing Neodymium Magnets as per Drawing

Looking for Permanent Magnet with Strength Weaker by 25% than N40 Magnet: 
I hope all is well. We are having some issues with the magnet strength being too strong. The last order we purchased used a N40 neodymium material. Are you able to suggest a grade to reduce the strength by ~25%? Also is there anyway to reduce the strength of an existing magnet?

I have consulted our engineers and they inform that N35 is the existing lowest grade.
But its strength is only 13-15% weaker than N40, which should be based on actual test.
And we now do not have effective way to reduce the strength of an existing magnet.
If you want weaker strength, our engineer suggests you to choose a lower grade or reduce the size of the magnets.
