Looking for Permanent Magnet Discs:
I have a need for getting some magnets made. The application will be for holding a rifle cartridge collection in place. We don't want to glue the cases down to the steel lined display surface, as we want to be able to still handle them. But we need something that will hold the cases upright enough, so they won't fall over and create a domino effect with the rest of the cases. We basically want to place a neodymium magnet, where a boxer type primer would go in the rifle case. They come in 2 standard sizes, small and large.
How does the processing and pricing structure work for such a requirement?

We would like roughly 1000 of each size magnet (small and large).
We assume that N42 Nickel coated magnet would do the job.
The tolerance is quite small, as they need to press into the primer pocket and stay there.
Tolerances are +-0.01mm in any direction.

The best tolerance for your sizes is ±0.05mm.
The tolerance range should be at least 0.1mm.
