Its insulation technology combines the advantages of insulation structure of high-power locomotives and high-speed rail traction motor, having higher reliability of insulation. Also, its new sealed ventilation design guarantees the cleanness inside of motor cooling system. A train with 8 carriages, for example, adopts TQ-600 permanent magnet motors, which can increase its power by 65% of single motor, enabling its power to reach 600KW, even to 635KW. The total amount of motors will decline from 24 to 13, with an increase of power density of single motor. In this way, the weight of single motor will fall by a third, and the total weight of train motors will decrease by more than 3,100kg, equivalent to the weight of 50 adults. For a daily round trip of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway, it saves power energy by more than 1000, 000kw, further improving the competitive advantages of energy conservation, emission reduction, safety and comfort of Chinese high-speed railway.
It is understood that Innotrans is held every two years, founded in 1996 and it is the tenth exhibition this year. Innotrans is the biggest international exhibition with the fastest development and most professional audience in railway industry. It can be widely applied to transportation and delivery, high-end processing equipment, robot and air-foil fan, pump as well as other white household appliances.
