180 Fahrenheit degree is about 82 degrees centigrade, you’d better choose N40M grade, I attached the magnetic properties for your reference.
Regarding magnetic adhesion force, our technician will count it as per the magnet size.

Whether neodymium permanent magnets can be used in bathroom system with high humidity environment depends on your choice of magnet coating.
We have another customer use magnets in similar environment, his first choice is NiCuNi coating, but the feedback effect is not ideal, so replaced by the epoxy coating.
We can make neodymium permanent magnets with silver, gold, parylene, and many other coatings, you can consult with your engineer to see which kind of more suitable for your application.
