Looking for Permanent Magnet for Bearing:
We are instrument manufacturers with more than 20 years of existence. We are designing a magnetic bearing for our new product and need neodymium ring magnets.
We are looking for the following sizes magnets. The first magnet is the core magnet while the second is the outer ring.
1. Inner diameter * mm (tolerance +0.00 to +0.01), outer diameter * mm. (tolerance (- 0.1 mm to -0.12), height * mm
2. Inner diameter * mm (tolerance +0.01 to +0.012), outer diameter * mm (tolerance - 0.001 mm to -0.015)
These magnets are for bulk consumption. If you are already having such sizes, kindly let us know. As this is for bearing purpose, the tolerance is critical. Let us know the cost per thousand for each size.
Please send quotation for samples in each for our trials. The magnets need to be axially magnetized.

Besides, we have checked your tolerances. They are too tight and too small to reach.
Commonly, we can do ±0.05mm for tolerances. Is it acceptable?
