RCYB series of suspension type permanent magnetic separators are made with high coercivity, high magnetic remanence neodymium magnets which are known as the magnet King and are characterized by strong magnetic field, long serving life, small volume, convenient installation, no need for maintenance and reliable operation etc.. Compared to the electromagnetic separators,

permanent magnet separators

are electricity saving. With computer aided magnetic circuit, the reduce of magnetism of magnetic cores can be less than 5% in 8 years, and the service life can be more than 10 years. Suspension type permanent magnetic separators are applied with vibrating conveyors, belt conveyors, feeding chute transportation equipments to remove 0.1-30kgs ferromagnetic materials in bulk materials. The suspension type permanent magnetic separators are the preferred models for the vast majority of customers.
