We are creating DC motors of pedestal and ceiling fans. We will be eventually coming up with a series of motors with varying sizes.
As we have to select the right arc magnets for our motor, I will need to understand the specifications in detail and would appreciate your input in assisting us to make the right choice at the best price.

Tooling for Y30 Permanent Magnets:
I did notice that you have included a tooling price. Is there any magnet already in production that is somewhat close to the specs I sent?

The tooling cost (grinding wheel) USD*** is already the cheapest one.
The cost of making a new molding will be as high as USD****.
We don't have similar magnets in production.
And the closure dates for our production is Feb 5th to Feb 26th.
