Only thing is it has to withstand 300°C.

Based on your working temperature 200-500℃.
We recommend SmCo magnets.
However, Neodymium, Ferrite and SmCo magnets are often used in motors and generators.
Neodymium magnets have the strongest magnetic strength. The working temperature of it is 80-200degree C.
SmCo magnets have excellent anti corrosion capability. The working temperature is 250-300 degree C.
Ferrite magnets are the cheapest ones. It has great anti corrosion capability too and its max working temperature is about 200 degree C.
