We are a consultant company and we are developing a new product for a customer.
For this new product we need one or two permanent magnets.
We need a magnet with high stability also in high temperature environment; the two main applications
(and product versions) require the following two ranges of temperature:
A: -40 to +100 °C
B: -40 to +150°C
The magnets will stay in gas (Methane or LPG).
The magnets that we are testing (commercial magnets) are neodymium magnets (grade N35), and have the following dimensions: two discs / two rings

Custom Neodymium Disc Magnets
Custom Neodymium ring Magnets
We are testing them to decide which kind we have to use.
Is it possible to have a quotation for big volumes?

We quote the magnets based on N35 for your reference.
Unit price: **USD/pc
Remark:
Max working temperature of Grade N35 is only 80°C.
If you need the magnets work in +100 or +150°C, N35H or N35SH will be better.

What is the difference in price for grades N35H and N35SH compared to N35?

The customer asks us to consider different grade. We need to find out a balance between performances and costs to finalize the project.
In your opinion is it possible to use this kind of magnets in gas applications (Methane and LPG)?

Our engineers inform that the magnets can work in gas application, as long as they do not expose to humid or acid environment.
Please confirm if the magnets will work in dry conditions. If not, you will have to consider changing the coating.
