Based on permanent magnetic couplings , permanent magnet governors are added with regulating mechanism, which can regulate speed and save energy.

Structure and Composition 
Governors change the effective part between permanent magnetic rotators and inductive rotator by regulating cylinder magnetic rotators, in which way can change torques that are transferred by the two rotators. This can realize repeatable, adjustable and controllable exported torques and rotational speed.

Magnetic governors are mainly composed by neodymium magnet rotators, inductive rotators and regular mechanism.

The permanent magnetic governors bring down starting current of motors and reduce impact of thermal load and grid, which not only can prolong motors’ service life and effectively decrease destructive tension of transmission systems, but eliminate vibration of conveyors.
