Now we are using standard neodymium magnets and they work well.
Anyway in that situation we need a custom magnet.
This magnet will work to maintain the contact (magnetic contact) between two pieces.
One piece has the required magnet, while the other piece will be build with iron or in stainless steel with some neodymium iron boron magnets.
This magnet will be attached and removed from the other magnetic element also 50 times every day.
It is important that the friction with the other element does not destroy the magnet.
Regarding magnet direction, inside the required magnetic element will be put another element made up of iron or stainless steel with some magnets. The magnet direction is to attract this cylindrical iron element inside the shape of the required magnet.
We use this magnet in an ambient temperature and in the worst condition the area of the magnet could reach 60°C.

The one is the unique shape and the other is the ultra thin wall thickness.

Change the Requirements to Standard Magnets:

Specifically we interested in the NdFeB magnets with parallelepiped shape.
I want to know which articles you can provide, at what price and at what time of delivery.
We need a very good grade, but now we need to do some tests for that reason we do not need big quantity.
