Our engineers review the drawings and inform that price will be expensive, if neodymium magnets are used.
Therefore we quote both permanent magnets based on samarium cobalt magnets.

Also, on drawing of door magnets, it states that the magnets should be coated with black zinc.
But black zinc is not used in industry currently, because it is not environmental-friendly.
So we quote the magnets based on coating with black epoxy and black nickel.

I appreciate that you want to understand the application 100%.
The application would be on a small wind turbine generator. The permanent magnets will be glued to a rotor revolving around stationary copper coils.
That is correct. We are hoping to procure assembled magnets which consist of 4 individual blocks which would make up a single block Magnet.

Insulative Glue:
Please confirm that whether you need insulative glue to glue the four piece so that electricity or ma magnetic power can not be conducted? Insulative glue is very strong in power.

I wonder if you have any small disc magnets in stock that I could use for testing purposes. If these magnets work in testing, they would be used in our medical diagnostic consumables. Our yearly manufacturing volume is currently 15 million. 
Is there anything suitable that you might have in stock and could send to me relatively soon?
PS: The particular magnetic materials and coating don’t matter at this stage. However, in the final product it will be better to have the strongest permanent magnet possible, with some passive coating such as nickel.

I do not need many at this feasibility stage. A couple of dozen should be fine.
However, our manufacturing volumes are quite large.
